A menu price plus 10% service charge and 9% GST: $100++ is $119.90.
When a restaurant menu says $20++, the two pluses are a 10% service charge and 9% GST. GST is charged on the price after the service charge, so the total is the menu price × 1.1 × 1.09, or about 1.199 times the menu price.
