These terms apply to your use of kiasukit.com (“the site”), run by Kiasu Kit (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The calculators, guides, glossary and updates on the site are general information. They are not financial, tax, legal or other professional advice, and they are not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. We are not a financial adviser licensed under the Financial Advisers Act. Check the official source, or ask a qualified professional, before you make a decision.

Rules and rates change, and our calculations are estimates for typical cases. We provide the site “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied, including about accuracy, completeness, timeliness or availability. Official bodies such as IRAS, the CPF Board, HDB and MOM are the authority on their own rules.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, including direct, indirect or consequential loss, and loss of money, profit or opportunity.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to S$10.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability, or any right you have, that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it. These terms are written in English; if a translation differs, the English version applies.
